We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

So glad that you love our chocolate but sorry to hear the rest. We don't have any record of you getting in touch via email and as a very small team, there's not always someone available to answer the phone, so we apologise that we didn't get a chance to provide you with any customer care. However, we agree about ordering our Advent Calendars in advance if you can. If you order on 28th November and select our standard 3-5 day delivery service, there's good chance your delivery will not arrive for the start of Advent!

“I ordered 3 chocolate advent calendars- 2 vegan and one milk chocolate. Delivery arrived a couple of days later than expected. It would have been nice to open windows for the chocolates, like the usual advent calendars, but it’s just a chocolate box. Most of the vegan chocolates are yummy but the chilli con choc one is rotten! I think it is a bit expensive for what you get.”

Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear that your delivery took longer than anticipated to get to you. Our standard delivery is estimated at 3-5 days - usually it's less, but occasionally it can take longer. Our Christmas Countdown is an Advent Calendar with a difference, and we do try to make it clear in the description and photos on the website that there are no doors (or windows) to open. What you get is 25 hand-crafted, ethical, slave-free chocolates which have been lovingly hand-decorated and packed in plastic-free packaging. Made with love.

“I bought the advent calendar for my partner and what amazingly good value it is. The chocolates look sublime, the documentation and presentation are faultless. I would love to review what the chocolates taste like but sadly she hasn't shared any with me. Judging by the number of oooo's and ahhhh's they are equally magnificent.”

Thanks for your feedback. You can update your order easily either in the pop-up basket or the full basket view by amending quantities or getting rid of items altogether by using the rubbish bin icon.

“The first problem is with regard to the packaging. The two hampers were packed in a box in which the cardboard was not thick enough. Consequently, when they were delivered the box was damaged in several places. Secondly, one of the hampers contained an item that should have been packed in the other hamper. Lastly, no tracking information was provided, so that the courier had to leave the parcel in a safe place, chosen by it. So, in conclusion the service was poor and I will not be ordering from Chococo in the future.”

If any items arrive damaged and if any items are wrong please do let us know as soon as possible after delivery so that we can put it right for you. You should have received tracking updates from Royal Mail so we're sorry if you didn't receive these.

“I've been a Chococo customer since the start - my parents bought a house in Church Knowle in 2004 and as far as I can remember, my visits there have always been combined with a trip to the shop in Swanage. I remember it when the shop was upstairs and you could watch things being made in the kitchen downstairs. I've been enjoying the orange and honeycomb slabs in particular ever since, and it's been a family tradition to have a selection box at Christmas (often chosen in person when spending Christmas in Dorset). I've converted a lot of friends and I'm delighted to see Chococo in so many of my local shops in London this year! You deserve all the success in the world.”

“The millionaire shortbread was disappointing. The chocolate had all broken on the top and had separated from the caramel. The caramel was grainy. Sorry I wouldn’t order again”
