About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“Best chocolates. I order very often. Last time I ordered two large boxes as one was not enough. Melt in the mouth. Taste very good salted caramel. Will keep ordering more.”

“Chocolate is pretty good however delivery is shocking. Don’t bother paying extra to leave next day as it won’t. Ordered a week before Easter, arrived after Easter! I purchased the goods from chococo not Royal Mail.”

Thank you, we're glad you enjoyed our chocolate, but we're sorry that Royal Mail let us down on this occasion. We despatched your order the next day as promised and used Royal Mail 24h tracked service, but as explained, this is not a guaranteed delivery. Unfortunately your parcel was slow moving through Royal Mail, and whilst we completely understand that you bought from us, we have to rely on our delivery provider and sadly we were both let down.

“The chocolate is divine and we love the packaging, ethos and designs. It’s beautiful. Had a scare with delivery as it wasn’t sent for 5 days after I ordered it. Thankfully arrived in time and was part refunded which was kind, but would be good to have been told you ran out of postage boxes rather than left in the dark.”

Thank you, we're so glad that you love Chococo and sorry about the delayed despatch. As we have a small team and limited resources, sadly it's not feasible to advise each customer about slight delays, and your delivery was made only two days after the estimated 3-5 day delivery window. We would always encourage selecting a 1st Class delivery even if ordering a week before big gifting events like Easter & Christmas just to reduce the risk of parcels sitting in the Royal Mail system.

“I had an unfortunate regarding postal damage to our order. I contacted Chococo customer service and was so encouraged and impressed with how the picked up and dealt with my issue. Their response was immediate, allowing for bank holiday break and a refund was immediately actioned and apologies extended. As the in-transit damage was not caused by Chococo I was reticent to pass the problem back to them but very pleased with how they handled the whole thing. I will definitely be purchasing more products from Chococo and applaud their customer service. Thank you kindly. Peter”
