About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Received parcel today. Bought item as special gift for friend. Feeling a little underwhelmed at present. Hopefully chocolates are worth every pound spent in taste as the presentation is very lacking.”

We're sorry to hear this but we really hope your friend loved her box of chocolates. Most people do love our ethical, hand-crafted and hand-decorated chocolates made which are hand-packed in recyclable boxes.

“Delicious! I've purchased the lovely and very plastic-free Chococo advent gifts from friends, some of whom are vegan, others not. They have all told me how wonderful this compact, eye-catching and incredibly delicious advent gift is. Some felt they were too 'grown-up' for advent chocolates yet they most certainly are not! Loved by everyone who received them. Superbly packaged and swift delivery despite the postal strikes. Thank you Chococo, I shall be ordering from you again.”

Sorry that your Advent Calendar arrived a little later than anticipated. With the four Royal Mail strike days at the end of November it did affect delivery dates, and we can only apologise for this. As your box arrived on 2nd December we hope it wasn't too disappointing and we really hope that the chocolates were enjoyed nonetheless.

Sorry that your order for an Advent Collection went astray. We can see that your order was despatched in good time but lost in the Royal Mail network, and that we provided you with a full refund. We understand that it's really disappointing on the rare occasion that parcels are lost, especially time-sensitive orders like this, and please be assured that we're as disappointed as you.

“I ordered the Advent Calender for my husband, who is away travelling in December until Christmas, to take with him, to remind him of home (next year I hope I get one from him too!) We have been buying Chococo since they first began and love sharing a box whenever we have special occasions. We always buy Easter and Christmas stocking fillers too. Lovely quality, exciting flavour combinations, and an imaginative range. These are quality confectionery items, not you usual mass produced, bland, sugar filled chocolates.”
