We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Just lovely thank you.. Website laid out well, I found what I was precisely looking for easily, chose the items, paid and received in good time. “I’m sorry to say we were rather disappointed with the box. Ordered a “posh box” for my daughter’s birthday, expecting 25 different flavours of chocolate. There were only 14 in the variety received of which 4 were coffee flavoured which she isn’t keen on. Won’t be ordering again. Shame. Wanted to support local business.”

Sorry to hear that you were so disappointed with the large Autumn Collection. This box has been one of our most popular seasonal collections to date. All the images on our website did show the contents of the box, but that may not have made it clear that there were two of each chocolate. Having read your feedback, we've updated our website to make it clearer that this collection contains two of each and is perfect for sharing.

“The chocolates were a present. I bought them on 11 October, paid for first class postage and they arrived on 19 October. I was told they should be eaten quickly as they contained fresh ingredients - difficult when they take so long to arrive. I think you should review your shipping arrangements when it is known that Royal Mail have strike days”

Thank you for your feedback. The delay that your delivery incurred is very unusual for first class, but we have tried to make it as clear as possible on our website that the current raft of Royal Mail strikes is likely to affect deliveries; sadly, there's little we can do to avoid this. We're looking into alternative delivery methods so that customers have other options.

“I have sent gifts of chococo chocolates to quite a number of friends in the past. As we were staying in Swanage last week we went into the shop to send a birthday gift of chocolates to a family member. We couldnt order them in the shop as now the only way of ordering is online. I believe this to be a retrogade step. Having said the above I did make an online order and apart from the Royal Mail strike delaying delivery, once the chocolates arrived they were much appreciated.”

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to gift Chococo. Our shops aren't geared up for sending out orders, but as you will have found, ordering online is easy and our HQ team are there to wrap, despatch and contact by phone and email - we can also take orders over the phone.
