About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

Oh no, we're sorry to hear that our Award Winners Sharing Box wasn't a winner in your house! It is of course all down to personal taste and our ever-changing menus are sure to have all sorts of flavours that you may prefer. But we're thrilled that our excellent customer service still shone out!

“Great product. Poor delivery. If I pay extra to have it delivered within a range of days, I expect it to be delivered within those range of days... because that's what I pay for. Instead I paid for the option to suggest....and then you delivered a food product a week before I needed it. So it wasn't as fresh it could have been. Thanks for that. Great product but the delivery screw up rendered it next to useless.”

Oh no, it sounds like you're not at all happy with Chococo. It's such a shame you didn't contact us and allow us to try to sort things out. It looks like we delivered three days earlier than you asked for, so we're sorry for that, and we could have refunded you the delivery charge. We also would have been able to reassure you that our fresh chocolates still had plenty of shelf life on them, and would have lasted for at least another two weeks. We're always here to help if you think there's a problem, we just need to know about it.
