“Your chocolate is a treat but I was disappointed with the box. that arrived with a large label on it for tracking , as it was bought for a present .Perhaps it could be sent in a wrapper please ?”

Thank you for your feedback. The Letterbox Bar Gift Set is designed to be sent directly to the recipient as a surprise; it’s not really intended to be a gift you receive first to pass on. That way, the recipient gets the treat straight through their letterbox, exactly as we intended. We hope that you were able to wrap the bars yourself and thank you for gifting Chococo 💛️

“I ordered the Millionaires shortbread and it was delicious and came in one piece no breakages which was great as it was supposed to be an alternative to a birthday cake for someone allergic to eggs.”

That's amazing, thank you! We’re thrilled the Millionaire’s shortbread arrived in perfect condition and hit the mark as an alternative to a birthday cake. Who could resist, especially with our oozy Dorset Sea Salt caramel inside. We really appreciate you choosing us for the occasion! 💗️

“The rating stars should go to Excrllent. Excellent chocolate, and delivery. Only problem was that items are sold out but I guess that’s because they’re popular”

“Lovely flavours that vary by the seasons, never too sweet which is nice compared to Cadbury Stylish packaging and very pleased you still have the smaller style for Christmas, the advent calendar is a bit big for me. Swift delivery, can’t fault, highly recommended”

“While I enjoyed most of the flavours in my selection box (port and fig should not be seen together), my biggest criticism is the size of the chocolates - they are tiny. Considering they cost an average of 1.16GBP each (not including delivery) I'm not sure they are good value for money. I'm glad I tried Chococo, bit I don't think I'll be back.”

Thanks for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed most of the flavours, even if the 1⭐️ Gold Great Taste Award Winner Port & Fig wasn’t for you! Sorry to hear that you thought our chocolates were small. The moulds we use are standard within the fine chocolate industry. Each chocolate is hand-crafted, hand-decorated, and hand-packed using the finest ethically sourced ingredients, which we believe makes them worth every penny. We appreciate you giving Chococo a try and sharing your thoughts.
