“My daughter loved her chocolate penguin. Super tasting chocolate. Excellent service. Penguin's beak was broken off but this was probably done in transet. My daughter said it was well packaged so couldn't think how it could have happened. I would certainly recomend this company.”

Thank you for your review and for choosing us. We’re glad your daughter loved the chocolate penguin and that you were happy with the packaging. We’re sorry the penguin’s beak arrived broken—transit can be tough on delicate items, but we’re glad it didn’t affect enjoyment. Please in future let us know and we will always try and help!

“Excellent chocolate - but very expensive!”

Thank you for your honest review. We’re glad you loved the chocolate, and we appreciate your note about the price. Keeping a high cocoa percentage in our chocolate does cost us a lot! But we think the quality and craftsmanship honours this.
