“Picture of stud earrings not very good, looked blue tint which is what I wanted turned out to be clear wife liked them so all good.”

“Good delivery, although watch bracelet not adjusted as requested at time of order. Given option to have adjusted and claim for cost which I did but had to chase refund that I was led to believe would be as soon as receipt was submitted. Customer services were initially very helpful but failed to get back to me as promised on two occasions which is not a good way to treat customers.”

“I’m pleased with the delivery packaging for a relatively expensive watch. I have something like eight Tissots now that amount to about £4K. I think it could (or they) could have arrived a lot quicker. There doesn’t seem to me to be a reason why the delivery took nearly seven weeks P Johnstone”

“I bought a lovely Longines watch which was at a great price compared to other retailers. The only problem was it was delivered with a flat battery. However, Chisholm Hunter arranged to provide me with a new watch - which took a few weeks due to Covid-19. So all's well that ends well.”

“Friendly, efficient staff. I would have given five stars, but something was missing from the item I purchased. They quickly made good the ommission, but it seemed my purchase was not fully checked before despatch. Happy to buy from them again.”
