“I was really impressed by the range of items available in the Wedgewood Ice Rose range and the swift arrival of the vegetable dish that I’d ordered. It arrived on time and very carefully packaged. It was in excellent condition as they had described . I’ve also asked them to try to find an item to complete a coffee set I inherited from my mother and have every faith that they will do their utmost to find it. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Very efficient.”

“I ordered an older version Denny Plate as had broken one. Received a phone call to check I'd realised it was slightly sub-standared stock which I hadn't and they then upgraded the plate to a better quality all for the same price. It arrived a few days later beautifully packed. I was so impressed with the customer service and plate thank you China Village.”

“There was a problem with the quantity ordered (insufficient china in stock) but this was dealt with extremely quickly and efficiently, both in notifying me and refunding the extra amount originally paid. Consequent emails gave me the assurance that stock was being investigated and that I would be notified when available. Very impressed!”

“A great find, after my mum dropped a saucer from a set she has had for many many years I was doubtful about finding a replacement so pleased to find The China Village had the right design in stock in both Excellent and Good condition so managed to replace the saucer and add to the collection with additional plates, they arrived well packaged, on time and the condition is excellent as stated.
