“The customer service has been incredible. The handling of such precious items is always a nervous experience, however Cherished Urns ensured that I knew every step of the journey, and they even fast tracked my jewellery as I wanted it for a particular date. We visited the office to view all the rings and they made us feel at ease from the moment they met us at the door. “Adore the design, didnt bother me that the delivery date was inaccurate but I noticed the urn itself has scuff Mark's over it not just one either, it's quite sad and I'm quite disappointed as its silver and quite noticeable and quite alot of money so I would expect more than what arrived at the very least no scuff or scratch Mark's”

“Beautiful bracelet..I did plan to use it as an anklet but was not long enough. I lost my precious little chihuahua baby boy..my son on 4th July 2019 and as we go for long walks everyday..I wanted something I could wear so that he would still be with me during our walks although he’s physically not walking with me..hence I wanted to use the bracelet as an anklet. I will buy an extender. Cherished were great..clean process and they returned the rest of my baby’s ashes in a pouch to me..so he’s back home where he belongs.”
