“We were very impressed with the overall service provided by Cherished Urns for our urn order and jewellery made with ashes. The highlights were the good communication and the packaging of the Urn and the Urn itself was beautifully made. There was a slight glitch in sending the Urn out on time however it was only 2 days late which fortunately we ordered in good time. I would order again.”

“I ordered a pendant on 23rd of September, its now 8th of oct and i still haven't received it and when i go on my order to track it it wont accept the tracking code from email!! And I've had no update emails or text to tell me about delivery as of yet,!!.... so i cannot give you a review as such as i dont know what it like yet,,????”

We are so very sorry for the delay with your order. After checking I can see there seems to be an issue with Royal Mail and so we have sent you another pendant today for delivery tomorrow. “I ordered a ‘True Memorial ashes ring in rose gold ‘ . The order took 8 weeks as the required size was so small , but as soon as I opened the ring box I was delighted ! The design is slightly Celtic looking , and I’m pleased I chose rose gold as it is very pretty . I chose white for the central ‘stone’ and it looks like an opal . It does feel as though I am keeping a part of my Dad close to me .”

“The urn I chose was Gwynver for my son's ashes. His favourite colour was purple and the urn is decorated with purple. It is beautiful, very tasteful and extremely well made. I couldn't have chosen a better resting place for my son who sadly died too soon. Delivery was exceptional quick and the packaging was very good and protected the urn well in transit. I am totally happy and satisfied with the urn and the service I received.”
