“Unfortunately, we still haven't received the urn we ordered for our precious sons ashes, on 23rd October. Have been in touch with customer services, who said it's been dispatched, but seems to have gone missing somewhere 😥 very upsetting as we are waiting for it so that we can pick up his ashes from the funeral director and bring him home. Hope it gets delivered soon.”

“I’ve had 2 beautiful rings made by Cherished Urns for my teenage daughters, containing their dad’s ashes. They are delighted with them, as am I. Cherished Urns customer service and the respect that they show when dealing with the client and the ashes is excellent. I’d highly recommend them.”

“I ordered a water soluble urn, a pre-made necklace and a custom piece. After receiving a message that the pre-made necklace had been dispatched but not the urn (which I needed the following weekend) I was a bit concerned it was not in stock and there would be a delay. I called to check and the service was excellent. The lady checked, called me with alternative choices and dispatched it next day delivery at no extra cost. The urn and the pre-made necklace were fantastic quality. The kit for the custom piece came quickly and there were regular emails keeping me up to date on progress and dispatch. When I received it, I was not happy with it at all and would not have been able to wear it. I contacted customer services who were extremely accommodating for the item to be returned and fixed (with the proviso that it they could not get it right with a fix they would start again). Nothing was too much trouble, they just wanted me to be happy with it. It was redone a returned to me very quickly and was just as I had hoped it would be (without having to be redone). Absolutely fantastic customer service and products.”

“I ordered a ring after my husband passed away and was extremely pleased how quickly the initial pack came through and then the made ring. It is a little on the big side but as I'm intending wearing another ring on top this should be OK. My only critiscim is that I was away for a fortnight when the ring was dispatched and although an email was sent to advise me that the ring was ready it was immediately followed up by the parcel details with the courier. This caused me considerable stress as I knew that the courier would only attempt to deliver 3 times before returning the parcel to the supplier and the holding place for the courier firm would only hold the parcel for a week - neither of which was an option for me. I ended up having to take a chance and authorise the courier to leave in a safe place, but given how sentimental these pieces are it wasn't ideal. My suggestion would be that Cherished Urns send the email requesting the customer has 24 hours to respond otherwise the parcel will be posted anyway, that way both parties should be happy. Otherwise I'm extemely happy with my ring.”
