“This team of superstars are amazing. The service was faultless with sending the pack, to choosing the colours, material, to having emails sent to me daily and then being delivered with a trusted courier service. The value of the jewellery is brilliant for the quality of jewellery you get back. You do not need to be worried sending your loved ones ashes via this company (For me personally I didn’t use their envelope as I chose to add a tracked and signed for next day label - the option is there to use your own or their envelope) THANK YOU!”

“Beautiful catalogue with a lovely choice of items. Very easy to order and I was kept informed about my order. My ring came the same week of my order and was very nicely packaged. The ring itself is so lovely and I am thrilled with my purchase. I am already giving hints on some matching earrings for Christmas.”

“Thank you very much. Our beautiful mum’s urn arrived promptly and it was packaged well. We are very pleased with it. The colour is lovely, superb quality and beautifully made. It gives my father and family great comfort looking at it. We couldn’t have chosen better. “So my ring arrived and I was SO disappointed to find I had been sent the wrong ring. However the Customer Service I received was second to none. I was re-assured my Mum’s ashes were in the original ring which put my mind at rest. I was told to keep the original ring and the correct ring was made and delivered as a priority. The follow up service was excellent and so I would recommend this company. The rings are excellent quality and beautifully made. Thank you”
