“Super fast delivery and excellent customer service. Ordered a beautiful urn but then found out I needed a biodegradable one. Cherished Urns refunded the Urn very quickly and sent the new biodegradable one out straight away without any problems. Would recommend highly to anyone..”

“When I phoned the young lady who took the call was very kind caring helpful and friendly which made the ordering much easier i choose the rose ( self fill ) locket she explained what would be included and told me their was a card explaining how to do it , from ordering to delivery was 2 days on opening the box is a little bag with a little gift wrapped box and ribbon which is a lovely touch to find a most beautiful detailed rose with two leaves at the bottom all I can say is great customer service and thank you for all your time and kindness you showed to me xx”
