“I cant recommend this company enough for memorial jewellery. The customer service is excellent. I had several queries after placing my order including adding additional bits and changing the delivery address. I had a response to my email within a few hours each time. The company received my ashes the day after I posted them and my ring was ready for dispatch 2 days later. Everything was super fast and the customer service team were really friendly and reassuring. The ring itself came beautifully packaged and is stunning. I am beyond happy with it and it gives me great comfort having my Mum with me all the time in this ring. Thank you so much Cherished Urns for a great customer experience. Really happy with the product :)”

“Can not praise this company enough! From the ordering process to the final product they treated me and my dogs ashes with respect and care. They showed sympathy and respect which went a long way. I now have a beautiful ring with my dogs ashes in, which I wear every day. It brings me great comfort knowing he will be with me always.
