The customer service was second to none with an email to me on receipt of the ashes to allay any fears that my son’s ashes may have gone missing. I was kept informed at all stages of the process. “Can't thank the cherished urns enough pictures doesn't do it justice just received my ring and it even better than I imagined it would be. Not going to lie it made me anxious sending ashes in the mail but I was notified every single step of the way which is so reassuring I sent the ashes in Tuesday they received them Wednesday and my ring came today Friday thank you so much will highly recommend to anyone big thank you to pop aswell you did an amazing job”

“I chose a mini blue urn with butterfly's on it. Very solid and nice, very happy with it. It was packsges and presented very well and with care. It came in a very nice box and a nice pocketed bag. The delivery was efficient and very quick, very impressed”
