“Exceptionally pleased with the whole process. We found the company via Google and thought we would give it a go as we a wanted a lasting memory. “I am highly satisfied with cherished urns and would highly recommend them. Throughout the whole process from start to finish they kept me up to date letting me know they had received my mums ashes and that my order was ready for dispatch. My order felt personal and her ashes felt like they were treated with respect. The whole order from posting mums ashes to receiving it took only 5 days. I am highly delighted with the design and beauty of my ring which gives me great comfort.”

“Beautiful and simple to use urn that has enough space for the use that I had intended for it. Instructions for use of the urn with scattering were simple to follow and informative. I would recommend this to anyone, as this does the job well and is cheaper that funeral directors offer.”

“I just want to say how pleased I am with my beautiful ring. My dad passed away nearly 4 years ago and the ring containing his ashes is a lovely tribute to him and now he will always be with me. I requested a brochure which arrived the following day, I chose my ring and ordered online. The ashes were posted the same day, cherished urns contacted me on the Monday to say they had received my order. They were constantly updating me on my order which was brilliant and I received my ring six days after ordering. The service I received was excellent and the staff were very understanding and compassionate. The ring arrived in a lovely box and gift bag and came with a certificate of authenticity. I would definitely use Cherished urns again if I decide on more jewellery”

“When I first received my ring I was delighted it was beautiful. Unfortunately just under a year 1 small stone fell out in the middle of the heart. I asked could this be fixed and I was told yes for £39. I just felt this was a bit much for 1 stone and that there should be some garentee for a year! However because the ring means that much I paid it and just waiting to be returned today.”
