Dear Louise, Thank you for finding the time to leave us a negative review. The item you ordered is dispatched by our delivery partner Amazon who are rightly prioritising delivery of essential items to help with the Covid-19 situation. I have checked the status of your order and it will be dispatched as soon as possible by Amazon. I'm sorry I cannot give you a specific date at the moment as we simply don't have it. I disapointed that you didn't get in touch with us directly before leaving a negative review as my team are answering emails while working from home during this unprecedented time. Shari

I have had to enquire about my purchase numerous times, to have my final email ignored and them send out the email of confirmation to delivery quickly after. They response to all my emails haven't been with any compassion at all. To finally be told that my package will be definitely with me today. Today I received an email off the courier company saying they haven't received my parcel from cherished urns. I am now at a loss wondering where my father's ashes are and all I want is that back not bothered about the ring I treated myself to for £450. This is all I have from his passing and these people don't even respect that even though I've made it clear. I will be escalating all of this as I'm sat after a 12.5hr shift in bits.

I order two items which was a ring & braclet for both my daughters christmases ring was fine but I was shocked at the actual size of the rings on the braclet to which you could hardly see my dads ashes and the extra sprinkle of gold dust which was an extra £20 Per item they gave no sparkle what so ever, very disappointed due to the price I’ve paid for both items .

Dear Gillian, I am so sorry you feel this way about the memorial jewellery we made you. We do state that our beautiful memorial bracelets are dainty, along with measurements and photos of the item being worn on the website. As for the diamond dust, this isn't a shimmer or glitter and how noticeable it is can depend on the style of item and the colour resin you choose. Just imagine holding a diamond in the natural light and it will glint slightly. I will get one of our lovely customer service team members to contact you later on today if that is ok. Unfortunately, we still haven't received the urn we ordered for our precious sons ashes, on 23rd October. Have been in touch with customer services, who said it's been dispatched, but seems to have gone missing somewhere 😥 very upsetting as we are waiting for it so that we can pick up his ashes from the funeral director and bring him home. Hope it gets delivered soon.

Disgraceful, insensitive company! My wife wanted to a wedding ring that incorporated our late sons ashes so we decided to opt to go with Cherished Urns. The service at first was ok until they sent the wrong ring. Not only that but the ring that was sent was of very poor quality, the band with the ashes in had a very sharp, rough finish. My (now wife) wasn’t happy with this they’d and because it was so close to the wedding didn’t want them to send out another ring, this experience was a horrific one as it was. My wife wanted a refund on the ring and the company asked us to send the ring back so they could “Scrape Out” the ashes... How disgustingly horrific is it to read that about our son who had passed away!!!!! After no luck with getting a refund my wife persistently tried to contact Cherished Urns through Facebook but to no avail only to find out this morning that she had been blocked! This review is only the beginning of what is to come, the customer service is truly horrendous and the way the matter has been dealt with has been so insensitive we are absolutely furious over this incident!

Dear Valued Customer, I am so sorry you feel this way about our company and our service. We provided you with the item that you ordered and unfortunately our website states that these are hand-made items and so refunds can’t be offered. You stated that our Social Media Manager sent you the wrong link to the ring you wanted to order. However, we keep copies of all our communication, and so we can see that you were not sent the wrong link. We are sorry that you thought this was an error on our side, however it wasn't. Our Waves and Oceans rings are fairly similar; however, you did place your order online for the Oceans ring and part of this we do include a photo of the ring that you have ordered. You then completed the order confirmation form and again stated that you wanted the Oceans ring. We hand crafted the Oceans ring for you in the size and colour that you wanted. When you then got in touch with us and said that you actually wanted the waves ring and not the ring that you ordered, we did offer to make this for you at no charge as a gesture of goodwill. We are very sorry but there was no wrong doing or mistakes on our part. We take pride and care with all the handcrafted pieces and photos are taken before we send the items out for delivery, meaning the finish of the ring wouldn’t have been as you have described. We understand that this can be a stressful time for our lovely customers and so we are as sensitive as we can be in the way we word things, meaning I am afraid our lovely customer service team would never had said this. Order 3 days in advanced and paid for 1-2 days delivery and it never reach until I called for customer service, they reordered and delivered the following day.

I started to put my beloved husbands ashes into the urn, but they wouldn't all fit in, it said on the description that it would fit an adult up to 14 stone, my husband was only 11 stone 10 pounds, it was most upsetting. Mrs Warhurst

I've looked back at the notes for your order and can see that we also supplied a Tea Light / Candle Urn free of charge to help with this difficult situation. I'm so sorry that this happened. We use standard sizing for our Urns, but the amount of cremation ashes can and do vary unfortunately. Item was not dispatched within 3 to 5 days, had to ring company to chase up. When item came the clasp was broken and butterfly slid off chain. If this happens when ashes are in and subsequently lost forever the person I bought this for would be heart broken so I never bothered with this gift. Yes it's a value piece from the range but I still expected it to be fit for purpose. Shame because it was pretty but if anything a little cumbersome to hang round your neck.

We're not sure why, but as soon as we were notified we dispatched your order on a next-day service. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. It doesn't happen often :-( With regards to the issue with the pendant, again I'm really sorry. Had you contacted us we would have done everything in our power to make you a happy customer.
