Item was not dispatched within 3 to 5 days, had to ring company to chase up. When item came the clasp was broken and butterfly slid off chain. If this happens when ashes are in and subsequently lost forever the person I bought this for would be heart broken so I never bothered with this gift. Yes it's a value piece from the range but I still expected it to be fit for purpose.
Shame because it was pretty but if anything a little cumbersome to hang round your neck.
