Unfortunately, we still haven't received the urn we ordered for our precious sons ashes, on 23rd October. Have been in touch with customer services, who said it's been dispatched, but seems to have gone missing somewhere 😥 very upsetting as we are waiting for it so that we can pick up his ashes from the funeral director and bring him home. Hope it gets delivered soon.
