“The urn was exactly I was looking for to hold the ashes of my beloved mother. Her favourite colour was lilac and purple and her favourite flower was the rose so it matched nicely. However the downfall is when the parcel arrived and we opened the box it smelt damp and as it was left in my kitchen the next morning the foisty smell lingered. When I got rid of the cardboard box and was just left with the urn inside the black velvet box. The velvet also had a very damp smell but when the box was opened to reveal the urn it still smell foisty. I had to spray inside and outside of the box and even took me a few days to get rid of the damp smell.”

“I ordered an Urn, Keepsake, Teddy and 2 rings. The transaction was very easy, customer service was excellent. The items I have received are exquisite, no other word for it!!!. One of the rings for my daughter did not pass the quality control so they made another and sent both!! How excellent is that!! Don't think we would have even noticed even though the rings are 2 different greens but without both to compare we would not have known. This goes to show this company goes the extra mile. Would most definitely recommend this company. And thank you Cherished Urns.”
