“unfortunately I received the wrong ring and was bitterly disappointed. I immediately contacted customer services where I spoke to a lovely person called Holly who was absolutely brilliant. She was extremely compassionate and arranged for another envelope to be sent out the same day. The ashes were sent on the Thursday and I had the correct ring on Saturday afternoon. She kept me informed as to when the ashes had arrived, the conversation she'd had with the jewellerand when I could expect delivery. She turned an extremely distressing situation into an acceptable one.”

We are so pleased, however, that Holly was able to sort things out for you and that the new ring is just how you wanted it to be. We do our very best to fulfil each order as requested but sometimes the resin colour may not be exactly the same as in the website photo as it depends on the colour of the ashes themselves and the density of them within the resin. “Amazing company and highly recommend. It took me a while to think about the appropriate jewellery and as soon as my order finally went through I received a lovely email from the company and it was beautifully written, I cried! Great communication throughout and unused ash returned. I believe all was handled with care and even the delivery of final package was well communicated and I was given a one hour time slot which was perfect and very considerate.”

“We reciently lost my Mum and my 15 year old daughter wanted a way to have her Gran close. We searched the internet for something suitable and discovered Cherished Urns. I ordered a ring and received the pack within days. After using the ring sizer, packing up my mum's ashes and posting off the order form Cherished Urns kept me up to date constantly. I received an email to say mums ashes had been received and to let me know when the order was complete and on it's way. My daughter loves her ring and I couldn't be more happy with the caring and sensitive service from Cherished Urns.”
