“unfortunately I received the wrong ring and was bitterly disappointed. I immediately contacted customer services where I spoke to a lovely person called Holly who was absolutely brilliant. She was extremely compassionate and arranged for another envelope to be sent out the same day. The ashes were sent on the Thursday and I had the correct ring on Saturday afternoon. She kept me informed as to when the ashes had arrived, the conversation she'd had with the jewellerand when I could expect delivery. She turned an extremely distressing situation into an acceptable one.”

“I ordered a ring after my husband passed away and was extremely pleased how quickly the initial pack came through and then the made ring. It is a little on the big side but as I'm intending wearing another ring on top this should be OK. My only critiscim is that I was away for a fortnight when the ring was dispatched and although an email was sent to advise me that the ring was ready it was immediately followed up by the parcel details with the courier. This caused me considerable stress as I knew that the courier would only attempt to deliver 3 times before returning the parcel to the supplier and the holding place for the courier firm would only hold the parcel for a week - neither of which was an option for me. I ended up having to take a chance and authorise the courier to leave in a safe place, but given how sentimental these pieces are it wasn't ideal. My suggestion would be that Cherished Urns send the email requesting the customer has 24 hours to respond otherwise the parcel will be posted anyway, that way both parties should be happy. Otherwise I'm extemely happy with my ring.”

“Although I was a little disappointed to find that after placing my order there would be a delay in receiving the ring, I contacted the team a few times during the order period and they responded promptly each time and did their utmost to fulfil my requests. The ring is beautiful.”

“We were very impressed with the overall service provided by Cherished Urns for our urn order and jewellery made with ashes. The highlights were the good communication and the packaging of the Urn and the Urn itself was beautifully made. There was a slight glitch in sending the Urn out on time however it was only 2 days late which fortunately we ordered in good time. I would order again.”

“Disappointed that original urn was out of stock as was only informed of this two days after order placed. Substitute was excellent and delivered the next day Free cloth bag and free presentation box very much appreciated Would definitely recommend this company .”

“Extremely stylish and classic urn. Very dark blue bordering on black but all the better for it. Sits beautifully on our mantelpiece, the sun catches the silver embossed design wonderfully. Maybe a little more expensive compared to other companies but of excellent quality. The item was dispatched very quickly and arrived long before the estimated date. Highly recommend this company and product. Thank you”

“I purchased an urn and matching photo frame. The materials used are very good quality and the urn has a particularly robust quality to it so you can be safe in the knowledge that the ashes are kept safe. The only slight disappointment was the quality of the paint job on both items and this has let down the overall standard. Considering these items are by no means cheap and the paintwork is the first thing you notice on the product.”

“We were absolutely delighted with the beautiful ring we ordered , my mum was very emotional when she received it and will treasure it . The service was also great . The only reason I dropped it to 4 star rather than 5 was because the address I had given and paid the order to was not the address it was posted to ( not only containing the ring but my brother's ashes)thankfully it had been left in a garden at the bottom of the street and the dpd driving had left a photo so I was able to find it .”

“Great customer service. Communications and delivery all very sensitively done. Sadly there was an exceptional issue resulting in the delay of my order which wasn’t proactively communicated, but on contacting customer service they couldn’t have been more helpful or apologetic. The products are beautiful - I was so happy with my ring and the comfort it brought me I ordered 2 more beautiful quality keepsake urns. I would definitely recommend the company and their products. Most of our memorial jewellery is ordered in Sterling Silver which we hold in stock and so it can be crafted and shipped normally within a week. However, pieces in 9kt gold, like yours, have to be specially ordered and so, of course, that means that they take longer to complete.
