“The ring i ordered was absolutely beautiful. I was a little disappointed that the actual ashes part of the ring didn't sparkle more as I asked for diamond dust, however maybe that's just the way it looks. The service of your company was outstanding and got my purchase to me within three weeks. Thankyou. X”

“I loved the paper ern we received, it’s for a sea burial, my only wish was it could be bigger, we are mixing both parents together and I don’t think their ashes are going to fit in, although ours was extra large, it could have been a bit bigger. Overall very pleased.”

Dear Rosanna, We are so pleased that you are happy with the paper water-soluble urn that you recently selected from our website. Unfotunatley, this type of urn is not yet available in double size to accommodate two people. The extra large size has a capacity of 5-litres which is designed to hold one large adult. You could perhaps purchase another smaller water-soluble urn and link them together so that your parents can go together to their final resting place at sea. “Fast delivery and beautiful ring, but, I'm disappointed how much it has tarnished and scratched having only had it 2 weeks. I got silver but would never get silver again as its that bad. Wish I'd have went for white gold now but never had the funds. I would order from this company again but never get silver.”

“The product was more tasteful than I thought it would be. It arrived in line with the time specified. I used the 4 urns to give some ashes to my sister-in-law and her 3 daughters. They were all touched by the white brass and porcelain finish.”

“The urn was packaged very well and is as was described. However, when the urn was removed from the padded box and taken out of its velvet bag it was found to have what looked like scrape damage on one side, suggesting that it was packed in that condition.”

“I absolutely love my ring that I had made to include my pet dog’s ashes. Under the circumstances, it didn’t take as long as I I expected to arrive in the post. The ring itself is beautiful and good quality. The only thing I have to say that I’m disappointed with, is the fact that I paid to have diamond dust in it but sadly you can’t really tell and the resin appears to have a yellow tinge to it rather than the white pictured on the website. Other than that I am really pleased. This is the second time I have used this company and have been pleased overall with their service.”

“Such a wide variety of styles to choose from an easy to navigate website. Unfortunately, the urn we ordered was faulty when it was arrived - however, the customer service team were helpful and so apologetic. A quick email with photographic evidence of damage led to a quick refund and heartfelt apology. It's refreshing to deal with a company that hold uo their hand to an innocent mistake.”
