“Hi Mark. We were very impressed with the quality of our memorial bear. However, If there was to be one little critism it would be this. We put our ashes into a small container with lid for safety and security, before inserting them into the bear. Failure to do this we feel, would have meant the ashes would have fallen out as the only means of security was with a valcro fastening. This doesn't detract from the quality of the bear in any way, I hope it is useful feedback. Thanks Joe Bibby”

Dear Joe, thanks for your lovely review and your comments regarding our Memorial Bear. When this bear was put through CE testing, the lab reported that it was necessary to use velcro rather than a zip fastening on the back of the bear. This is in incase a young child or baby should pick up the bear, and somehow manage to remove / swallow the zip fastener. Therefore we made the appropriate changes. The velcro is really strong and should help keep everything inside the bear safely. Thanks once again, Mark

“urn is good but a little disappointed with the rose embellishment considering the price. Delivery excellent, embellishment looks stuck on instead of integrated as per pictures.”

“Very quick service. The pendant was nice but could have been presented better as it was in a plastic bag when I opened the lovely box. I had expected it to be Presented as normal necklaces are, with the chain attached to the backboard.”

“Lovely pendant but really tricky to get the ashes in the tiny funnel did help but it was still very tricky to get the ashes into the urn. My mother loved the pendant and it looks lovely on .”

“We had a beautiful urn that was being floated out to sea, it was the serene waterlily that we had. The tide was not strong enough to carry it out so we had to place it in deeper water, that is in no way a negative just a bit of information that may help someone else. It was received well packaged and extremely well made.”

“This was not for personal use, but to have something with more dignity than the black boxes from the crem. when interring ashes in the Garden of Remembrance at our church. It has not been used yet, as we have very few, but it looks good for our purposes.”

“When I received the urn the box it was delivered in was in pieces and the box latches were broken. But Cherished Urns replaced the box with no fuss and were very apologetic.”
