“Order took longer than I thought it would, but I guess that’s a downfall of “free shipping”. Something I ordered was out of stock and the customer service guys were prompt in emailing me with some alternatives. I did then have a problem with a faulty item which again, customer services were great in sorting. Not the smoothest of experiences but customer service really were 10/10 for their help with everything”
