“I have ordered several products from Charterhouse and to their credit, they have been really quick to despatch, sometimes with delivery the next day!! Where I feel they fall down is the shipping on their livestock - I only wanted to order 2 snails, but the shipping was £25. I looked to see if I could pick up from site, but unfortunately that wasn’t an option which is a shame.”
