“Honest company. Honest company. I ordered a new strip light for my aquarium, however it was faulty and half the LEDs didn't work. I called Charter House Aquatics and they were happy to refund or exchange, and arranged to have the faulty item collected at no charge to myself. Happy with the service, shame about the light, but I would order from them again.”

“Initial issue but rectified quickly. First aquarium was delivered with 2, 3 inch cracks in the glass, contacted CharterHouse straight away, had a 2nd delivered next day, all ok.”
