“Always fantastic service and has become the only place I buy aquarium items online. I can't think of any time there was no stock, and delivery and pricing is excellent and better than sites like Amazon in my experience. I also much prefer dealing with a a company that specialises in what I need. Thank you!”

“Item was described incorrectly on their website the valve was only suitable for pressure pipe and it didnt say that so wasnt suitable. When I contacted them they did arrange to collect and gave me a full refund so 5 stars for that”

“Charterhouse are really good the delivery was quick, prices are good and is pretty easy to find what you need. A couple of issues with my most recent order though. 1) One of the lights i ordered had clearly been returned recently, not an issue in itself (as long as it works, still under warrenty etc) but the packing slip with the original purchasers details was still in the box! The product had clearly not been checked prperly when it was returned. 2) The Hybrid mount, i ordered the pictures are misleading as you only get 1 set of arms to attach the lights to, (i knew the lights were not included). S to get what it shows in thepicture you need to order a rail and a second hybrid mount kit.”
