“Always use as my go to aquatic store. I have used many many times and only once there was a slight problem which was rectified very quickly by their awesome customer service. Not the cheapest place but they do, do a price match service which I have taken advantage of a couple of times so win win. I will highly recommend Charterhouse Aquatics”

“Order dealt with promptly and delivery information e mailed to us. Unfortunately the package did not arrive and the delivery company did not provide any information. After contacting Charterhouse the issue was quickly dealt with and a replacement sent out to me which arrived very quickly. Full marks to Charterhouse.”

“Love the service provided for efficiency however the quality of the live brineshrimp is very poor , ordered on 2 occasions and majority dead in the bag / just brown murky water with 1-3 swimming about , river shrimp I carnt fault tho always come in alive”

“Charterhouse Aquatics is my go-to for all my aquatic needs. The website is nice and easy to navigate (I did prefer the old one, sorry) and the customer service is excellent. My only small issue is having to pay extra for delivery services when other online retailers give free, next day deliveries.”

“Excellent, used for years for anything I need for the aquarium. Had a courier issue (salt bucket arrived damaged from transit) on the most recent delivery and the person I spoke to was very helpful and resolved my issue incredibly speedily.”
