“Absolutely brilliant, I’ve been a customer for years, they have never let me down. Charterhouse really excelled last wk. I ordered box of saltmix to fill quarantine tank ready to receive a large order of corals which were due to arrive on Saturday. Unfortunately the courier were useless & attempted to deliver my ‘urgently needed’ salt to the wrong address! I contacted Charthouse to explain I needed salt urgently but was unable to contact the lost couriers. They saved the day by sending out another box for urgent nxt day delivery. I’m extremely grateful to them for their help👍”

“I'm afraid I can only give one star to this product, it might be a great product but I wouldn't know, reasons are I purchased this cause it says, safe for all freshwater fish and when I read that it's a good treatment for columnaris I was excited, but unfortunately I'm unable to use it because I have neon tetras in my tank and I bought this specifically to treat them. Also when I called to speak to an advisor, he wasn't particularly pleasant to speak to, seemed to be rushing me off the fone, my impression anyway. £27 foe nothing.”

“This is the second time I’ve oredered from Charterhouse Aquatics and I’m sure it won’t be the last! I made a purchase but stupidly forgot to add on a discount code. I contracted the shop via email and it was sorted and the difference refunded to me quickly. Great customer service and fast delivery. I’m sure I’ll be ordering again soon 😁”

“After getting back into the Reef Hobby after a ten year break I was happy to see Charterhouse Aquatics was still in business as used them before. My recent orders have all been processed efficiently and arrived on time. The corals I ordered were very much as on the web page with colours exactly as pictured and extremely healthy and extremely well packed. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon. Loving the new look website too. Thanks all at Charterhouse for your service and customer care. Brian Williams”
