“Process was smooth from start to finish tank arrived early on the day expected by Pallet. Tank much heavier than expected had to get help to bring it indoors. Tank redsea max nano g2 Xxl. Cabinet was a nightmare to put together but that's not Charterhouse proplem. I think I use white glove service next time. But overall happy with my experience.”

“I have been buying from Charterhouse for many years and always seen how good their customer service is. I have also experience this and they will either reply by email or by phone if its a complex answer/question. Charterhouse are my main supplier for items and will continue to use them whilst I keep marine.”

“Fantastic deal on the Radion XR30 Pro Light, delivered as expected, couldn’t be more pleased with light which is now hanging over my Red Sea Nano G2 XL, overkill, maybe, but when you want top to bottom, wall to wall lighting for SPS dominated system, what else could one do. Been using Charterhouse on and off for a number of years and don’t see this changing anytime soon 👍”

“I've used Charterhouse Aquatics from years now, their service is great, fast and almost always free delivery. They are my go to place for all my reefing staples (salt, dosing, etc.) I recently used them to set up a new reef tank and the 10% off combined with market match price was brilliant. I'm sure I will continue ordering from them for years to come.”
