I ordered my shoes for my wedding from the website, the first set they sent weren't the ones I had ordered however I contacted them and they were super helpful exchanging the pair for the right pair. The new pair are perfect, so comfy and I love them! They have sent really helpful emails on how to wear them in before the big day and the box came with cute little notes!
