About Charlotte Mills :

Wedding shoe designer, Charlotte, graduated from the prestigious Cordwainers (part of London college of Fashion) and along with its Alumni - the likes of Jimmy Choo, Patrick Cox and Sophia Webster - she followed her dreams and created her own brand in 2014 when she launched her first collection.

A pair of Charlotte Mills shoes has everything covered - the “Something old” is the silver Sixpence, the “Something new” is your shoes, “Something Borrowed is an envelope we provide which can be sent back to us with a picture of you in your shoes, and your “Something blue” is the blue detailing in the in-sock.

Charlotte hopes that each and every Bride falls in love with their wedding shoes and will treasure them forever as a keepsake of their special day.

“Beautiful, comfortable shoes, the wide fit could do with a longer ankle strap and half sizes too! A wider range would also be amazing as I didn’t quite find the right pair for me.”

“These shoes are nothing but a dream. They are for my wedding day, and as a girl that has dreamed of this day for years I’ve wanted nothing more than the perfect shoes. I went for wide fit as my feet are rather flat, they fit like a dream and are true to the ‘wide fit’ range; where some shoes are not. The ONLY down fall that I see, is for the price and the beauty of the shoes, I feel the box falls a little flat? I see this as a standard shoe box, when I feel a shoe this glam and perfect needs a nicer bed to sleep in. I can’t wait to wear these on my big day, thank you. Emily xoxo”

“I had a lovely time at the London pop up and was thrilled to find my wedding shoes. The only thing I would say is I found it a bit downheartening how tiny the shoe sizes are. The ladies told me everyone has to size up, so why not just make the sizing more accurate? Additionally, I don't have wide feet but there was one style in wide fit that I couldn't even get my foot into, which I was told is an issue many girls have had. It is just really sad that the vanity sizing we know is so infamous in the wedding dress industry even extends to shoes. I am a size 8 shoe and ended up buying a size 9 from you, so if someone was actually size 9 I doubt they would have a hope of buying from you. I do love my shoes though and can't wait to wear them and thank you for a nice experience at the pop up 😊xx”

“Unfortunately the wide fit were not that wide (Meg Pearl) and being pointy didn't help so had to be returned. The Jazzy Pearl which had a round toe shoe might have been better but didn't have a wide fit option which was disappointing. Beautifully packaged and whilst its a nice touch having writing on the sole and a sixpence, its a hefty price tag for something that becomes irrelevant once the shoes are being worn so sadly overpriced in my opinion.”

“These shoes are beautiful, sadly there is a bit of sloppy finishing on the inside side of the sole on one of the shoes but it shouldn’t be noticeable when worn, a bit disappointing for about £260 though I must admit.”

“LOVE the shoes!! Can’t wait to wear them at my wedding. The measurements on the size guide told me I was a size 6 when normally I wear a size 5/5.5. I got the size 6 and they fit perfectly! I’m a little gutted I missed out on the 10% off during April offer, it wasn’t advertised on the website and was then immediately advertised to me on Instagram after I bought the shoes 😭.”

“I brought my shoes in the sale and at an amazing price, the shoes are lovely but the only issue is that they didn't come with the something borrowed. I'm unsure if that's because they were a sale item or just a misplacement”

“The shoes are all absolutely stunning in the collection. I wanted a pair that would be wide fit and have a block heel. All of the other shoe brands were either two old fashioned or extremely impractical. Charlotte Mills shoes were able to incorporate style and comfort. The sixpence in the shoe and the message on the sole is just a gorgeous idea. The only reason I gave four stars is because the seam on the heel wasn’t cut straight and inside the heel there was a mark from where the glue must have gotten onto the fabric. I was a little disappointed as I know the shoes will be photographed on my wedding day. I would still recommend to anyone buying wedding shoes as they are stunning!”

“Servizio rapido veloce, le scarpe non sono di basso costo ma il prodotto li vale, molto rifinito. Unico problema per me che vestono un po grandi, ho preso il 35 e sono grandi!”

“Lovely shoes but my only 2 criticism’s are the strap around the ankle is very loose it needs a few more holes also the bow is not as big or fluffy as I thought it would be. Also they are not a really wide fit I would say a standard fit.”
