“Really excellent service from beginning to end. Phoned first to ascertain if had item actually in stock as needed for next day for birthday present, they did and very helpful lady and gentlemen looked after me brilliantly. Item shipped within hour and arrived next day as promised. Jacket was as described and genuine Barbour. Very keen pricing. Couldn’t recommend this company more highly!”

“I ordered a Barbour Steve McQueen jacket in two sizes, it arrived promptly and well packaged, I tried on the medium first which was perfect so didn't need to try on the other side in large. I sent the large back first class signed for with Royal Mail, first class was only about £1 more, I received the acknowledgement of receipt from CH in less than 24 hours of the item being posted and received a refund within two days. Excellent experience.”
