Hello Mr Lineham, Unfortunately your order came in just after our cut-off time of 3pm for next working day delivery, which is when our courier collects from us (https://www.charleshobson.co.uk/shipping-returns-i5). As such, your order was rolled over onto Friday to be processed and dispatched, which should have seen it delivered with you on Monday (today) as the following working day. DPD must have worked it into their schedule to deliver your item earlier than this, which they will try to do where possible. We apologise if this was inconvenient with you, however your order was indeed processed and delivered within the timeframe stipulated by the terms on our website. Thank you anyway for shopping with us, and we do hope the shoes are to your liking. Kind regards, Charles Hobson
