I placed my order for 3 pairs of shoes on Monday morning, unfortunately I had made a mistake when so doing, so I phoned the customer support and was able to rectify my error with ease and the order was still despatched the same day and arrived the next! Brilliant service...Oh, the shoes? Fantastic...”

“I am very happy with my wax Beadnell jacket. Disappointed I had to buy the hood separately, expected it being included. Also, disappointed that I tried to use my first time customer coupon you kindly offered me, & could'nt. As there were no coupon slot availability in order to use it?”

With regards to the coupon; all our coupons are only valid against a full price purchase.
