“Despite some technical issues that created hours of additional work and frustration for me when setting up the first role, Sam was very helpful, patient and attentive. He was there when needed and we resolved the issues with IT support. Will come back and update on how the recruitment process goes from here. Thanks Sam.”

“Posting an advert is quite easy and the system is user-friendly for the most part. My only frustration is the box to write a summary, there isn't much you can write within the allotted number of characters, and that I find annoying.”
