I called in at 8am, it was pouring down and was so frustrated that I had 0 miles on my vehicle, and the agent Esther was constantly talking to me in such a calm professional tone, reassuring that she will get the unit working for me definetely as she has magic hands. She restarted the machine 4 times but in the end managed to get it charging for me. I'm sending my virtual hugs to her helping me overcome on my anxiety, fantastic job, thanks alot

The colleague helped me & most important listened to the issue of not been given a rapid charge 2 and finding a location for me to sort out charge point ( wasn’t easy to locate) and most importantly took so much time to get the issue resolved

Customer service was very helpful, the charging station was reset and I ca charge my car very fast. Very good on price as well as good service .

I needed to call customer service as I wasn't sure if my car had issue with chademo plug or the unit. The customer service agent was so nicely handling my enquiry and while I was waiting for the charger to start she started to smooth me on my mother tongue language which was amazing. Took me 3 calls to sort it with 3 different units, luckily I was always put through to the same amazing lady. I am not sure of her name, it was something like Es, but I know she was Hungarian. You need to hire more people like her and you won't have these bad reviews!

Picked p the phone within 30 seconds, Couldn't solve the problem with charger but said engineer has been booked for visit in 2 days

Handled very professionaly from start to finish. Good explanation of some small changes to our existing consumer unit and a trench to the garage, which we had to do before installation. Very nice and knowledgable electrician who fitted it without fuss, even though cable route was difficult. Three weeks start to finish (including our own work of a week). Think thats pretty good overall.

Mohammed Sabbir was outstanding. He helped with my consumption survey, got UK Power Networks on the case to upgrade my incoming fuse and was so patient with me. He kept me updated in a process which took some time (nothing to do with bp pulse) and proactively checked in with me.

I had a terrible experience over a year trying to get a Bp charging point from them. Their arrangements and conditions were terribly complicated and unfriendly with disabled people like me in social housing and treatment I received beggars believe in this age and time. Enventually getting car dealership, Motability, Western electric board,my housing association and local council involved, a year after I received my electric car, 27/08/2021, my home charging point was installed and I am ever so grateful. Please don’t give up when you as a Conscious or Disable person is forward thinking, doing the right thing by getting a electric car, keep asking and don’t give up please. The installation was done by Andrew and excellent professional man indeed, very patient, explaining everything to me and did a brilliant job, Thank you Bp. I am now very very happy 😃.

I didn't actually purchase this product as its through motability. But I found it awkward filling out forms taking pictures of electric gas water points, yes it helps the electrician, but not people with disabilities. The office staff contacting me where great very informative, but the best person was the electrician. He had to make calls regarding my electrics and earthing but was 100% good. I hope his wedding went better on Saturday, than his football team did. I also don't receive my car till mid October, so rumours that the installation of charge points are running late as high demands are not true. So I've been told. Free energy now for this report please.

contrary to what I read - the whole experience was brilliant - the appointment, booking through to install was seamless - all contact was professional and the engineer was fabulous (nuff said).

Process seems to work well via online Q&A and photos, installation contractor was polite / helpful and discussed things through before doing the work. On the whole very pleased with the installation.

After initial issues with the application, things went smoothly, it was done on time. The technician came exactly as the agreed time, and was very friendly.

Good experience from start to finish I took lots of photos to make sure BP Pulse had all the info they needed before installation and the installer turned up on time on the day was friendly and cracked on and got the job done. No problems at all. Works great I am more than happy
