Tobias gave excellent customer service. He was friendly and efficient. I called as I had left my BP pulse card at home and was unable to charge my vehicle at a local supermarket without it. Always a brilliant service. The best company by far for professional service and they always do their best to be as fast as possible. I’ve only ever once been unable to get through but generally a pick up within 1-5 minutes.Thats not too long at all to speak to someone to send a command to the charging unit to start.

Found a bp charger (actually 6 chargers) that wasnt on the charger map at hilton hotel in gateshead. Rang customer service for help to connect to it. Fantastic help and guidance got me connected quickly!

I have got stuck a couple of times at the charging point I use regularly when commuting, once because my charger cable would not release and most recently when the charging point didn’t start charging for some reason. In both occasions I called the number and I received prompt help. The operators have been polite, the call was answered promptly and the problem was resolved within a minute. Feel confident to charge my car there. Thank you BP pulse team!

Amazing customer service. Reset the unit which then sorted my issue. I have made a few calls to BP pulse in the recent months and the team have always been extremely helpful and sorted any problems quickly. Fabulous service

Spoke to an agent called Qaseem raja and he was very very helpful and understanding towards my situation. Inwas really panicking and he made me calm and helped by trying to rectify the problem on the spot whilst i was on the phone and then helped me find another station where i could go and charge my electric vehicle. What an awesome dude. THANK YOU

After a very frustrating 6 weeks of the App not working with the Home Charger, BP Pulse eventually replaced the Wall Charger. I was then allocated a Senior Technical Support Engineer, Shalim Miah, who over a number of days evaluated my schedule issues, downloaded some software and firmware updates and tested different settings. Some telephone discussions took place out of hours, in the evening, and his dedication to solving my problems was rewarded with a satisfactory conclusion. I’m very happy with my Charger, albeit there needed some persistence in getting it to work correctly

Richard was very professional and such a lovely man who installed our charger . He explained everything in full and the installation was really quick and exceptionally neat and tidy . Highly recommend!

Jordan came to the house today (29-3-22) to fit my charge point for my new car I got. He was so nice very polite very knowledgeable and happy to help. He took his time to go through and show me everything and answered any of my silly questions. He worked neatly and would always understand when I needed to get by him to let our dogs out. I would highly recommend Jordan and would like to thank him again for all the help he gave me.
