The electrician who installed the charger was very professional, briefed me on what he was going to do and tidied up afterwards. He also gave me a briefing on how to use the charger. I charged the car for the first time last night and it worked as he advised me. The customer service is also excellent and I am very happy with the service to date

There was some delay in installing the Chargemaster, but this was largely caused by the Pandemic. On the day the installer was on time and very efficient and explained everything clearly.

The only issue was that the order and installation were delayed by COVID 19. The pleasant surprise of being eligible for the grant after all made up for the long wait, though.

A rather protracted installation owing to the Covid19 restrictions but when it finally happened a very efficient and professional installer carried out the works and we are very pleased with the result.

The Charger does what it says on the tin and charges my 330E hybrid BMW easily. The chap who fitted it did a great job and minimised the effect on the house. It is much quicker than a 13 amp plug - it makes a huge difference. I would give it 5 stars but the App is really annoying as it does not hold your password so you have to log in everytime you look at the costs. I also can't see a way to email the costs in a file.

Good installation, but I am having ongoing issues with unit tripping out on voltage monitoring causing loud thumps as the contractor engages and disengaged. I also am having issues programming a tarrif based charging time. Seems to be inconsistent, works some days and then not the next. This is very frustrating.

It charges cars, but I think it needs a cover to keep the rain and sunshine off the plastic

We had some problems with the application forms and had to resubmit several times. The staff were helpful however and the installation has gone well and the charger does all it was promised to do.

Installer was excellent. Thorough and tidy. Really well done. However, iPhone app to control the unit is useless - can't even log in due to obvious bug that should never have escaped beta testing. Customer services are slow to respond.

Was very happy the quality of installation, the installer was pleasant and put the charge point exactly where I wanted it. The only thing I wasn't particularly happy about was he didn't want to take any of his rubbish with him and basically bargained with me to put half in my wheelie bin. Extra waste is a problem for me as it only gets collected every 3 weeks by council.

Glen Noulton, who fitted the unit, was a very amiable and professional installer. He did a very neat job and I appreciated the fact he contacted me prior to his arrival. The charger works perfectly but I have one little gripe and that is the connecting plug/handle sticks out too far when it is put it's holster.
