I visited Chapelle in Bridgend and there was a problem between the advertised price and the price on the till. The manageress got involved and wasn't very helpful or pleasant, compared to the very helpful assistant I previously dealt with. I ended up contacting the head office who were extremely helpful and the problem was resolved. The jewellery is beautiful and extremely competitively priced. I would definitely recommend
