“Skirting and architrave were good value until I had to pay £90 delivery to get it before Christmas, even though I was willing to wait the 5 working days for delivery that were still available. Also, I phoned immediately after I placed the order to ask for two lengths to be rebated (my fault I know) and was assured that this would happen, upon delivery it had not, most annoying. I appreciate that they were busy, but I feel as though they do not have that 'customer touch' necessary when someone (non-trade) is spending £600”

“The quality of the skirting and architrave are great. Thick and sturdy. Only had one issue but that was with courier company as delivery was late which considering you pay £25 for is pretty poor.”

“Bought 6 length is skirting fitted a my new home a year later my dog had chewed a few areas contacted cutting edge and with in 4 days they had had delivered me a length Cannot find a fault in this company at all First class”

“Paid for express delivery which was double the price of standard delivery and wasn’t delivered express and was delivered towards end of the standard delivery timescale. They didn’t inform me of delivery and when I chased up was send proof of delivery which were clearly not at my property to find they were left outside on the neighbours drive in the pouring rain so not the best experience and when I contacted you I just had response with picture of proof of delivery no apologies for it being late or left in the rain and every email since has been ignored.”
