“I ordered a skirting boards on the 6th of April now is 18th of April and I still didn’t receive anything. The website said is 5-7 working days to deliver the items and they will send me an email when they dispatched the them. Never happened. Very disappointed. No communication at all. Taking the people money and job done.”

“Sample took ages to come, despite saying 2-4 days. Then the actual skirting took much longer to come too, was more like 10/11 days than the 4-6 they say on their website. Terrible delivery system too “you may or may not get a call with a slot”. For an order as bulky and important as this I’d expect a much better courier service. The skirting itself is also grainy and textured from where the primer has been sprayed on and dried too fast, leaving a strange mottled pattern all over the skirting board. Going to take lots of layers of paint to cover that up”

“Ordered 2nd of April. Today is the 15th and it still hasn’t arrived… no communication explains the delay. I did call up and was told it would be delivered yesterday”

“Skirting board arrived today. Skirting exactly what i ordered so happy. Only downfall was delivery driver just left it outside in the pouring rain on the pathway. Did not ring doorbell or aby othermeans that he was outside. I was in allday so no excuse.. no time given on delivery”

“My order booked with expected delivery of 4 to 6 days. I was hoping for 4 but delivery wasn;t until day 8. The skirting and architrave was well packaged but still had damaged edges when I unpacked it”
