“Your architraves are great but as for your skirtings then I can't comment as I have not received them. There were 3 parcels to deliver but they only brought 1, I have twice been in contact with SGK to try and get a day and time for the second delivery but they still have not given any indication as to when delivery will be. I will be on holiday's on Thursday so if the delivery is not today or tomorrow then I don't know what will happen as the delivery address is an empty property. Makes me wonder whether to order from yourselves in the future. Last time I ordered from you there was no hassle what so ever, but now, with the new courier that's all I have is hassle.”

“We received our skirting boards broken in two places and we call and asked for replacement but they simply said we should reported within 24h the damage. Basically we opened the package after a week when our carpenter was booked. Very unprofessional and would never buy again from this seller.”

“I cannot recommend this Company at all. They took my order on 12th May (postcode to mainland Scotland accepted at time of ordering). I had an order receipt straight away & payment taken & a notification that my delivery may be up to a week due to being in the Higlands so I arranged carpet fitters to suit. 2 weeks later I chased up my delivery and was told that even they had accepted my order and taken payment they had cancelled my order as delivery did not suit their courier. At NO point was I informed and it has taken me 3 weeks & numerous emails to get my money back. Went to Wickes instead & had my skirting boards delivered by local courier within 3 days. Went for the cheaper option and customer service / supply was absolutely dreadful - avoid.”

“Ordered skirting online two weeks ago had the email confirming and told to await the delivery info email. still waiting, have contacted them and they say they'll get back to me so have no idea if it will ever turn up so cannot say if the product is in anyway good quality but so far really unimpressed. Would not recommend them”

“After seeing various reviews I was a little concerned however the product I have received is good quality, precise finish and well packaged to protect it on delivery. As for delivery, Tufnells the courier did not send an email as indicated on the tracking neither did they knock the door, my daughter watched the driver enter the driveway and leave the items in the yard. Good job it was not raining! Product is excellent value compared to mainstream shops for mdf skirting or panelling.”

“Absolutely shocking service from this company. Slow to reply to emails, ordered on 3rd April and had half of the order delivered 2 weeks later and still waiting on the remainder of my delivery. Avoid all costs. Ridiculous”
