“My order booked with expected delivery of 4 to 6 days. I was hoping for 4 but delivery wasn;t until day 8. The skirting and architrave was well packaged but still had damaged edges when I unpacked it”

Hi George, Thank you for your review. Please note that all advertised lead times are working days and with the bank holiday, this has meant that orders are taking slightly longer to be delivered. “Quality and delivery was good, however we paid additional to have our order primed, expecting it to be ready to paint, which it was not. I have had to sand the items to acheive a decent smooth surface. This I feel should have been indicated on the item descriptions.”
