“Bought several tins of Earthborn clay paint and eggshell. Great price, the cheapest I could find and quick delivery, but as other reviews have also said, every tin arrived really badly dented. Luckily the tins were intact so no messy paint everywhere but come on Celtic, either sort out your warehousing/delivery issues, or if you are selling the tins cheaply because they are dented then please be honest with us and tell us what we are buying! Great paint though - would recommend Earthborn for lime and conventional plaster.”

Hi Helen, Thank you so much for getting in touch. We are very sorry that your tins of paint arrived badly dented. I can assure you that the tins of paint left our shop without dents (as dented tins are always sold in our physical shop at a reduced price). We take this very seriously and I've escalated this case with our operations team manager who will work with the packing staff to investigate the cause. We will do our very best to prevent a similar error from happening again. We’d like to assure you that this is not the service Celtic Sustainables is committed to achieving, and we very much hope we get another chance to deliver paint tins the way it should be. “Initially disappointed - I enquired about delivery to Greece and received a very curt negative by email. But then arranged delivery in the UK, and found a lot of attention was given to making sure the product reached a complicated address. Thank you.”

“I haven't had the chance to use the paint yet but the delivery and ordering process was very good and pricing was competetive. I have enjoyed using this brand of paint before and look forward to redecorating my kitchen shortly. Coverage and durability has been excellent in the past.”

“Great product, great price but compared to other things I have ordered recently (bed, mattress) the delivery process could have been much better. Couldn't add to my order once I had started without starting again so only ordered 5 pots of paint in the end. Delivery then took quite a long time (I ordered Thurs night and it came following wed). Although I was warned it was a lorry delivering, it was no good for welsh country lanes so easier to meet it on the main road. I understand that this may have been the most economical option as this was when the lorry was going past but maybe clear details of the delivery service should be stated at checkout.”
