“I asked for a delivery big mistake as they use Hermes to deliver which means that lots of items do not get delivered. every other delivery company (Royal Mail, Amazon etc) has no problems but Hermes despite specific instructions does not appear to be able to deliver and is happy to walk away without making any attempt to call or leave a card”

“I purchased a duvet which was sadly damaged in transit (not the fault of Celtic sustainables) Sara was so helpful arranging a collection of the damaged duvet and re delivery of a new one at the busiest time of the year (Christmas) I’ve purchased before from Celtic sustainables and will definitely use them again Very professional and supportive throughout. Thank you Sara 🎄”

“The web-site contains a lot of helpful advice and guidance. It offers good value for money and the delivery in my case was very quick; virtually overnight. The pricing schedule and purchasing is a bit confusing; a standard price of £35 is quoted but it does not seem to apply to all the size options.”

“They were able to supply a new motor for our eco fan. Instructions were excellent and the motor was changed easily and the ecofan now works perfectly. Very easy buying process. The right motor easily identified. Communication brilliant. Motor arrived earlier than promised. Quick Look at all their other products - love their ethics.”
