“Ordered 3 rolls of Thermafleece to insulant the floor between the kitchen and bathroom. The price was excellent - Travis Perkins are charging 3x as much for some Thermafleece products - and they were delivered 2 days later for £10 carriage. Really pleased to get it so quickly and at that price.”

“Delivery was prompt and the Thermafleece product was well-wrapped and just what we wanted. Even more impressive was the aftersales service we got from Sara when we - mistakenly - thought it had not arrived. Our concern was treated calmly and logically, and our apologies accepted with good grace when we discovered the item had already been received (by a Christmas house guest)! Many thanks.”

“Cosy wool insulation, Very good product to work with. Delivery reasonable priced but rolls packed individually in cardboard boxes. I ordered 9 rolls normally packed in 3 rolls from the manufacturer. Extra packing will have raised price of product. Delivery in good time and all fine.”
