“Recycled plastic bottle insulation wool. Bought for insulating a van, very easy to tear into different sizes and fit into small spaces. Delivery was punctual, only mark against them is the plastic bag that the wool was contained in.”

“Competitive terms, good online system and prompt service. Slight deduction (half a star if that had been possible) for dispatching in a pallet plus a small separate delivery without warning me that this was so. Clarified as soon as I rang to explain that items were missing from the pallet, and the supplementary delivery arrived soon after.”

“I ordered a sample pot of paint - it arrived in a timely manner and was what I had asked for. My one small reservation is that some bubble wrap was used in the packaging, so the missing star reflects the plastic content.”

Hi Lisa, Many thanks for your feedback. We don't buy in bubble wrap but do re-use packaging that finds it way to us from customer returns etc when it is safe to do so. We hope you found a way to re-use or recycle the bubble wrap. Bubble wrap can be recycled along with other plastic films like plastic bags (at most grocery stores). We will update our "About our Packaging web page" to reflect this.
