“We required new Christmas lights after our current lights failed over the holiday period. After Christmas we looked online and saw exactly what we wanted advertised by Castlegatelights. We ordered and received them within days without any fuss at quite a good price compared with other suppliers. I hope they work and look as good as they say on the outside of the box, unfortunately we won't know this until next December when we come to put them up but I have high expectations.”
“Goods were excellent, delivery via APC was poor. Overnight slot was cancelled early on - not a problem. Monday?s delivery didn?t happen, and Tuesday even less information. Wednesday only happened due to a switched on driver, who realised that the allocated slot was likely to fall off the bottom, and delivered early. All this despite Castlegate chasing them. Would check the courier before using again.”
“Products arrived on time and were just as ordered. We used them over Xmas and they worked perfectly well. Only comment is that we ordered 2 different lights and annoyingly they used slightly different bulbs. We managed to find to find one type of bulb but struggled with the other. On the website - each type of light should have a link to the relevant spare bulbs.”

“Helpful and polite staff and I would definitely buy from them again. Just a suggestion for the website. It would be helpful if it showed what they have in stock rather than what they can order in as I was looking for lights that I knew had been discontinued and after ordering two, they said they only had one in stock and could not get anymore as the item had been discontinued.”
“Love the design of the lights, just what I was looking for. Only issue is the ?brass? fittings are far too yellow so we are going to enamel them with a more bronze colour”
